			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While I was in England, <a href="http://www.scotlandsoftware.com/blog">Matt Gemmell</a> emailed me to suggest that I really needed to implement comments on my weblog.  Now that I&#8217;m back in Denver and snowed in (the plows still haven&#8217;t reached my parents&#8217; house), I decided that it might be a good opportunity to do just that.  Many thanks to Matt for providing his <a href="http://www.scotlandsoftware.com/ftp/perl/comments_cgi.tar.gz">handy revision</a> (.tar.gz, 12Kb) of the Moveable Type comments CGI.</p>
<p>Now I guess we&#8217;ll really find out if anyone reads this stuff!</p>
